Here's one for all the food makers and kitchen gadget lovers out there. Choose an embroidery needle with a long eye. Trim off the pointed end up close to the eye and add a handle of your choice. My last tip this month is actually for a tool to use when working on your minis. A hemming gauge is a nice short ruler made of metal. It even has a stopper you can slide to any spot on the ruler that stays put and allows you to make repetitive, exact measurements. I use mine more for minis than for sewing!
