Pssssst. Have you seen them? CDHM category feature, CDHM Artisan Kay Burton, hand painted original painting in dollhouse scale

In the Galleries? All kinds of bunnies!

Spring is hopping out all over!

As the sun's rays start to warm the earth once more flowers start to rise to the occasion and the bunnies come creeping out of their burrows to bask in the warmth. From Tracy Topps of Minis on the Edge comes the perfect Thatched Roof Storybook Cottage, straight from the pages of once-upon-a-time.

A thatched roof is replicated in clay as well as hand-detailed stone, brick and plaster accents while the Easter bunny himself inspects the outside with a few feathered friends.

Not to be outdone, his friend Peter Rabbit is featured in several creations. CDHM category feature, CDHM Artisan Reisl Lackinger created a fairy mushroom pot in 1:12 scale Peter, the subject of a staple nursery room book by Beatrix Potter, is depicted on everything from nursery furniture to paintings.

His sprightly little blue coat (not lost yet in MacGregor's garden!) is a bright splash of color in Kay A. Burton's painting or on the hand-painted chests by Valbuena Miniatures.

His image decorates an entire suite of nursery furniture by Wee Craft Miniatures artist Susan Jerabek, including standard and canopy cribs, diaper hamper, wardrobe, coat tree with bunny guardians at its base, chocolate bunny lamp, bunny pictures and toy chest.

A tiny bunny and bear mobile dangles over a 1/12th scale bed by Yokozona Miniatures.
