This is "The Chestnut". It has many wonderful creations added such as the hand made rose bush and vine with small blue flowers on it. Stones, Stucco, Bricks and shingles were each hand sculpted. I sculpted a  detailed "herringbone" brick pattern by the entry which gives the outside some "extra" character. There are aged door knobs & door knocker, window box and outside coach light. The insides is painted a soft blue-gray and all wood is painted a warm dark chocolate. The floor has a stone look. This creation has been electrified and is 1" scale. This house is a HUGE house and too big to be shipped but for the year of 2009, I am accepting a commision to build one of these. This house has a Thatched roof that was hand sculpted using several clay tools to emulate a real Thatched roof. This is a Gorgeous house that has all of the charm of a Country Side Manor. This 1" scale house has a beautiful pale pink climbing rose vine creeping up the sides.
