Step 8
Once your cones have cooled, take your Dremel and hollow out part of your cones. If you don't have a Dremel, you can carefully carve this part out using a craft knife.

Step 9
With a toothpick, stuff the grated champagne/white and chopped herb mixture into each cone. Bake these again.

Step 10
When the cones and legs have cooled, brown them by painting the tops of your cones with amber glass paint and a bit on the legs, especially the tips. This gives them a nice broiled look!

Step 11
You may choose to drizzle some "olive oil" on your serving dish before placing the calamari. To make the olive oil, mix up a bit of Envirotex Lite in a throwaway cup and add yellow and a tiny drop of blue to get that virgin olive oil color. If you have green resin dye, use that in place of yellow and blue. Lastly, to finish the dish of stuffed baby calamari, sprinkle more of your chopped herbs over everything.

This looks so good, we may go to Chinatown to buy some fresh calamari and make some! Enjoy!
