It has undergone a major 'face lift' customization with an Xacto knife, transluscent polymer clay, a wire-based tail, new paint and a realistic pristine coat of natural warm brown alpaca fibers speckled with natural white spots, which have been fastidiously scissor-clipped by hand. There is NO smudgy pastel dust or 'painted on spots' used on this little fawn, which have a tendency to rub off, smear or fade when handled. Standing Height: 2 3/4 inches to ear tips.

It has undergone a major 'face lift' customization with an Xacto knife, Apoxie putty, a wire-based tail, new paint and a realistic pristine coat of natural off-white and cocoa alpaca fibers which have been fastidiously scissor-clipped by hand. Details are amazing in this little longear as Schleich has even included detailed 'frogs' sculpted into the bottoms of its hooves! Before its amazing furry transformation -- this little Red Fox was first manufactured as a Schleich Red Fox pvc model. It was given a 'makeover' customization with an Xacto knife, new paint, glossy eyes, a wire-based bushy tail, and an applied coat of golden-red wool with accents fibers of black & white. Slight ticking of black was carefully applied using permanent fabric inks.

Before it's amazing transformation -- this charming sitting Donkey was first a 1:12 scale resin model manufactured by Falcon Miniatures. It was modified using a dremel tool to remove it's head, legs & tail to adjust its pose . After the parts were repositioned, drilled & set -- MagicSculpt apoxy putty was used to fill & build where needed, along with a fresh coat of acrylic paint and glossed brown eyes. Lastly, a soft coat was applied using natural shades of rose-brown, chocolate & white alpaca fibers. **comes with it's own hand-cut sunflower stem which can be inserted into it's open-mouth feature.

Before it's amazing rebirth -- this clever Coyote was first a Schleich model Wolf No. 14605. It has undergone an 'artistic transformation' with an Xacto knife, clay, a wire-based tail, new paint and a realistic scruffy coat of natural frosted cocoa-brown, mocha & white alpaca fibers & flock which have been scissor-clipped by hand. This Coyote would stage beautifully in a variety of Southwestern-themed vignettes or similar settings.

Before it's custom makeover -- this strolling Creamsicle Cat was first a 1:12 scale resin model cat manufactured by Falcon Miniatures. The original model was reworked using a dremel tool to remove it's legs, head & tail. The head was repositioned and set with MagicSculpt apoxy putty with a bit of build out on the nose area. In addition, the legs were resculpted to accommodate a new stance, then the entire piece (including eyes) were given a fresh coat of paint and sealed. Lastly, a soft, fluffy permanent coat was applied which consists of brushed silk fibers. Height: a wee bit under 1 1/2 inches to eartips.

Before it's amazing 'plastic surgery' transformation -- this gentle Golden Retriever was first a Schleich model Dalmation No. 16319. It has undergone major OOAK customization with an Xacto knife removing the tail and shaving down the features. It's head was removed and repositioned & polymer clay enhancements were made on face & ears. A wire-based tail was inserted, along with new paint. Lastly, a golden-red permanent coat was applied which consists of of several shades of commercially-dyed wool fibers which have been hand-scissored (not buzzed >wink<). It has undergone a radical "resculpt" customization with a dremel tool removing the head, ears, tail, mane, and legs in order to reshape & reset them. Enhancements include a wire-based tail, dark shining eyes, and reshaped nostrils, lips and hooves. The entire piece was filled and built up using MagicSculpt (apoxy putty) and given a fresh coat of acrylic paint. Lastly, a permanent golden coat was applied which consists of commercially dyed silk & wool fibers which have been hand-cut into flocking, along with a white alpaca mane & tail. Standing Height: 6 7/8 inches to ear tips. To Classic scale, horse would stand 15.5hh at withers (in real life).

A Fifth Avenue Sweetheart (pet clip that is...) Before it's metamorphosis -- this dazzling Silver Standard Poodle was first a 1:12 scale model Dalmation dog manufactured by Schleich. It has undergone a moderate customization of removing the tail, head, ears and shaving down the overall body to resemble more 'poodle-ness'. After the head & tail were repositioned, drilled & set with wire reinforcement -- polymer clay was used to fill & build the plastic where needed, along with a fresh coat of acrylic paint. Eyes were also drilled and inset with glossy agate rounds. Lastly, a classic coat of Persian silver-grey wool was applied and hand-scissored into a 5th Avenue Sweetheart pet clip. Height: 3 inches to top of head.
