1/12 scale hardwood spiral staircase. Handmade one at a time. So close to real, if dollhouses had building codes, these might just pass. Great as a miniature architectural display or remove the base and install in a dollhouse. Unfinished and ready to paint or stain with a **poly/stain mixture.

The kit is as follows: handrails are red oak, balusters and risers are poplar, support dowel is poplar or oak, treads and base are birch plywood. I use birch plywood for strength. I tried using solid wood for treads but it was too fragile and split easy.
