Most people who love miniatures spend a fair amount of time striving for perfection, or as close to perfection as possible. Most of us, while taking advantage of the fast and inexpensive global travel offered by the Internet, are able to journey the world over in our quest to find our own idea of perfection, either by owning or just admiring the works of fine craftspeople.

Our journey, however, would not be complete unless we acquainted ourselves with Pilar Calle and Complementos para Casas de Muñecas. When translated into English, Pilar's miniature business is "Complements for Dollhouses." Here in the United States we might say "accessories for the dollhouse," however neither phrase accurately describes the variety of skillfully crafted miniatures in 1:12 scale that Pilar creates.
