Mexican food is close to CDHM Artisan Lu Garcia's heart and she has shared with us the half-scale Mexican food she created. When she was growing up, the only kind of Mexican food she was familiar with came from fast food restaurants. When she married her husband 20 years ago he introduced her to the wonderful foods that he grew up enjoying, like tamales, Mexican rice and beans.
