Form a smaller knob and attach it off to the side of the wider shape. Smooth out the rough edges of the attached place with your needle tool.

Step 4
Form very thin snakes, less than 1/16, and cut a few pieces.

Step 5
Two of these will be the blood vessels leading into and out of the knob. With your needle tool, gently make holes at one end of the pieces. Then gently attach these two blood vessels to the knob. Smooth the attached pieces carefully with your needle tool.

Step 6
Now make a larger blood vessel, pierce a hole at the end, and attach this flush to the side of the knob and to the main heart. Smooth the rough edges where attached.

Step 7
Make another blood vessel a bit longer than the one you just attached, and put 3 smaller ones sticking out of the top. Be sure to pierce holes at the ends of all vessels. Attach carefully and smooth.
