Duplex 1" scale

This is a 1" scale duplex  from start to finish,the roof comes off for placement of  furniature etc.all the lumber is cut down to scale and the mini's are built as you would build a real house with a working door.




Post office 1/2 scale

This is another example of how my mini's are built,this happens to be a post office being remodeled.13" long by 9" wide by 10" tall with a working door.Also has hand split shingles and flashing on the roof,The back and side are exposed frame work from remodeling.




Square water tower 1/2" scale

This is a water tank for an adobe factory,8" long by 8" wide by 11" tall,has a working gate for the water and a working door below.It has an adobe exterior wall as the base,with realistic water in the tank.also  comes with a mixing trough for the mud.




supervisors office 1/2 " scale

Adobe factory supervisors office,9" long by 8" wide by 6" tall, has a working door and a unfinished looking interior.




1920 fire house 1" scale

This is a replica of a firehouse in1920 lafayette colorado,it's27 1/2" long by 22" wide by 15" tall,The roof has handsplit shingles and is removable.the exterior is a stucco finish surrounded by a real dirt groundcover.This also has 2 working garage doors and a working entrance door.




60,000 gal water tank 1" scale

1" scale water tank that is a work in progress, 22" tall by 16" wide with a hand split shingle octagon roof that is removable.It is built from cedar and redwood scaled down to size.




my version 1" scale

My version of a purchased kit house, 16" long by16" wide by 17 1/2" tall.This was built my way using a kit to replicate,When i say "my way" i mean it's built from scrap lumber cut  down to scale and assembled just like a real house is put together for a more realistic appearance.




Barn 1/2" scale

This is a barn built on commission for a friend that wanted a conversation piece,12" long by 8" wide by 12" tall. It's made from real barn wood with a hand made tin roof.

 




Covered bridge 1" scale

This is a covered bridge for a train, 13" tall by 9 1/2" wide by 24" long made from cedar and the roof is handmade from tin.




hexagon house 1" scale

This house measures 31" from side to side and 15" tall.handformed tin roof,working windows and door,the walls resembly stone and are 1 3/4" thick,also hand made steel rafters mixed in with wooden beams.has damage from falling off the shelf.
