Thank you for taking a look at my art work. I have been painting since I was very young although it took a special teacher and later my mother and father  to lead me in the right direction.  I have owned and operated a wonderful retail store in Williamsburg Virginia and raised four beautiful children, three are still at home.  Two will sometimes sell their artwork with me on ebay. I have just finished setting up their paint tables next to mine in our Virginia home. They are only 9 and 12! 
A year ago I took the leap ...again... I got   married!  To a man who has never been married  and who has no children and  is a fulltime med student getting ready to graduate and start his residency! oh my! Yes it is a stressful time but.....I have MANY things that help keep me calm........my faith and all the things the Lord has given me.....ie.. my children, my painting, my flowers, my many cats, my books, my music....the world around me.  


I love miniatures! My art teachers always told me...Katie..stop painting that one small spot on your canvas and work the whole painting!..right! I'll jump right on that..........NOT!
