I'm smitten with the world of tiny things (heaven help me).  My smallest dolls stand right at one inch tall and make their home on a penny.  They are made entirely out of embroidery floss, save for a single thin wire in each arm.  Penny People are very particular about their appearance.  I've yet to see one suffer a dingy penny, and the ladies usually insist that their hair (single strands of 6-ply embroidery floss) be meticulously curled, tiny as it is.  The men are quite fond of belts and hats and such.  From shoe-tip to hat-top, these wee folk have taken special care to look their best, and hope you won't overlook them...or step on them!
